Kelmarin aku terlebih rajin
sbb teringat2 nasi goreng special yang diorder kat hotel2 masa aku kecik2 dulu
nasi goreng siap ada keropok and sate and kueh kacang
so bermula la projek sate ku yang hanya diperap selama 3 jam (jadi jugak)
aku ikut resepi kak N lboro
memang jadi
sebijik rasa sate
sbb aku sblm ni masa Spring ritu pernah ikut resepi kat myresepi
tapi heran rasa mcm ayam BBQ je...bukan sate.. hehe
nih resepi dia aku C&P
Chicken/Beef/Lamb:- 2 kg (cleaned, washed, drained and de-boned, then cut into small cubes)
marinate with these 'bumbu'
bumbu
4/5 Onions ( yellow or red)
5 whole garlic
1 1/2 inch ginger
1 inch galangal
5 medium sized lemon grass
spices
2 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon fennel powder
2 tablespoon tumeric
brown sugar: 250 grams
granulated sugar: 250 grams (depends on your personal choice: like it sweet of just right)
cooking salt : to taste (approximately 1 tbsp
1)First of all the chicken/lamb/beef have to be prepared as said above
2) Blend the bumbu with 1/4 litre of water until forming into smooth consistency
3) Add the bumbu, spices into the prepared meat: add brown sugar, sugar and salt.
4) Then mix them all well and let set for 1/2 hour.
5) the next step will be skewing the meat into bamboo skewers: the skewers has to be soaked for 1/2 hour before using to avoid it to turn dry and brittle when it is on the BBQ grill.
6) place the skewed meat into container and laid it horizontally: keep it overnight in closed container and should be ready for BBQ the next day.

jenuh aaah nak kipas2.. lebih2 lagi dibulan puasa ni
ditambah pula dgn skill en suami yang bab2 nyalakan arang ambil masa 2 jam
hehehe
so aku pun menggunakan khidmat electric grill yang aku beli
senang je
grill dalam rumah
yang paling penting anak2 asyik2 datang, and say Nak Nak More More
terus hilang penat .....
